The end term exam will be open book exam to check conceptual clarity and the power of synthesizing concepts with the reality in international management in the Indian perspective.


MNC Term Project:
This is also a Group Assignment. Each Group (with 5 members) should choose a MNC and analyse its international business strategy. The study should typically include a brief history of the company in India, its business focus and a crtitical analysis of its strategy. The length of main text of the report should be about 8-10 pages and you may provide any number of supporting exhibits (upto 20 exhibits) in your report. For case presentation, each group will get 20 minutes to make its presentation and for questions and answers on the presentation.


Country Presentation:
This is a Group Assignment. Each Group (with 5 members) will analyze the culture, values, tradition and business norms of the country in question that a business executive in the said country should be aware of. A group will get a total of 15 minutes to make its presentation and for questions and answers on the presentation.
